Angry Post 2

Case 2:

This bxxtch (sorry that I am so rude, but I'm really so angry) is always lazy. She is not working everyday but receiving one third salary more than me. FAIR?????? And also, she was only graduated with Diploma... She would take her sweet time having coffee and breakfast every am and watching TV throughout the day. Everyone commented on her LAZINESS... Yea, I know, this world is never been fair....

Never mind. She has been passing me half of her works as well.... FINE!

I had been super duper busy recently as our company has committed in two projects. Since she was so free, why couldn't she help to handle some stuffs that she could????

Today, right in front of me, she talked "BAD" thing about me to my uncle. AND, also showed her TEMPER to me. Yea, she is a Christian.

I could understand she did that to me if I was sitting there shaking my legs doing nothing.

Haiiiii.......

TIME FOR ME TO MOVE ON????? BECOZ OF BXXCH???

Angry Post 1

Case 1:
My 2007 Leave. I was having some unpleasant months last yr due to my annual leave. This bxxtch was SUPER DUPER calculative with me on my annual leave.

(1) She was the one that encouraged me to go to London, however, she was the one that playing some unfair, trick, cheeky, bxxtchy stuffs at the back. My study leave and days that I went for exams, which were supposed to be complimentary from the company, were all deducted from my annual leave.

(2) She was expecting me on leave for only FEW days. How to go on leave for few days to fly to Europe????? She ended up telling me, hmmm.... most companies do not allow their staffs to go on leave for more than 1 week. I never hear of such fact, but I heard from my friends that it's true that some companies do not allow their staffs to take leave consequently for more than 2 weeks. BUT, there are companies as well, allow their staffs to take long leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter annual, unpaid...

(3) So called relatives... so called family business... I do not expect a lot just becoz we are all relatives. I do not expect EXCELLENT benefits from this family business company. BUT I do need understanding.

My uncle (THE BIG BOSS) decided to waive all my unpaid leave. Initially, this bxxtch already done my salary payment with all unpaid leave deducted and unwillingly followed my uncle's instruction to pay me in full. Be frank, I was expecting to be unpaid for that month.

What pissed me off was she was trying to play trick at the back by brain-washing my uncle that he shouldn't be giving me such kind of incentives etc etc etc etc etc... all the bxxtchy stuffs.....

AND also, she LIED. As a holy Christians, she LIED. She was telling me n my uncle different version of the story.

At that time, when I found out what she had done to me, I really HATE her but I still respect her as my aunty.

It took me long time to be "less" angry bout this case.

Yummy Yogurt...

We all love yogurt so much but somehow the dairy product has increased in price tremendously. A small cup of yogurt now is selling at least RM2.00, some end up almost RM4.00. Imported one even far more expensive.

Recently, a friend of mine introduced us this Easiyo (New Zealand product). A very simple way of making yogurt and yet the yogurts are so yummy and tasty.

BANANAS

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a 'cooling' fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking &Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, 'A banana a day keeps the doctor away!'

Relax Sunday

Today is Mother's Day but mum is away and only dad and me at home.

I woke up around 8.30am to check on my yogurt. I made some yogurt yesterday and it due around 9am. So, I took it out from the yogurt maker and gave a check on it. Wonderful. My yogurt is so yummy and the texture is so smooth and creamy. Yea~~~ Thanks God that it wasn't like my previous "failure" batch.

Then I continued my sleep till around 10am when my aunty came around.

I had some corn flakes and milk for breakfast. 2 hours later, I had instant noodle + vege + my favourite egg for lunch. Dad was not feeling well. He caught cold and been coughing too. Hence, he did not go out for lunch and settled himself with some hot tea and cookies.

After that, I was clearing and cleaning my room. So dusty due to the renovation works around my neighbours in my housing area.

Then, I relaxed myself and catching up with my drama series.

Around 4.30pm, I washed some cushion cover and got myself a quick fresh shower.

Then, I prepared our dinner. I was supposed to boil rice but dad claimed that he wanna have porridge. Not a big deal. So, I just cooked porridge. I steamed some pork which was pre-marinated by my mum and fried a vege.

Of course, one round of cleaning work in the kitchen after dinner. I rested for a while then took another shower and washed my "smelly and sweaty" hair. I'm so fresh now. Enjoying my fruits and lemon flavoured yogurt. Yummy yummy..

What a relax Sunday... :P How I wish I could have such a relax day everyday. *slap head* dreaming too much... :P

Hope later I could spend some quality time with J. Miss him so much....

Happy Mothers' Day

When is my turn???

Today is Simon and his gf registration of marriage. Simon is my aunty's cousin. Hence, my uncle and aunty were beautifully dressed up to attend their ROM this am. I'm very close to Simon's mum as she always come to my office to look for my aunty. She did try to pull Simon and me together before but of course we were not interested at each other at all.

I got some mixed and unexplainable feeling. NOT becoz that I have something over Simon. It's becoz I'm thinking and wondering so hard that when is my turn??? I just don't feel very good when I hear from my friends that they are preparing for their wedding.

It's me that envy those that could settle down new life with their husband/wife, while me, still wondering and pondering about with "indefinite" future. :=( How I wish I could be like them too. How I wish I could settle down with J?

Anyway, will let God to handle and arrange the best for us.

Argh...

I'm really moody today. When I did not have enough sleep, I would become super duper moody.

Resulting from my neighbour "good job" yesterday night, I did not have enough sleep.

Everything is going smooth as well this morning.

I guess everyone would be thinking I got my period now.

Sorry... I don't mean it too. Just too much stuffs been bothering me... argh....

Surprisingly, my parents were having good sleep last night. Guess God hear and reply to my prayers. :P Mum told me that they were too tired of cleaning our house yesterday due to the mess caused my another neighbour who just started to do some drilling yesterday for their alarm system. My superwoman mum actually cleaned the whole car porch and our two cars plus whole house windows. My mum looked bit puzzled when I told her that I actually called police last night. :P

Anyway, at least my parents got their sleep yesterday. It's ONLY me being disturbed by the noise.

Prayer

Dear Lord, please help me. Please teach me how to control my temper and teach me to behave emotionally. Please help my parents. They need peace and quiet environment to rest. Please help us Lord by taking us out of this trouble. Amen

Unconsiderate Neighbour

At this time of 11.18pm at night, I should be sleeping soundly in my bed, esp I am extremely tired now. Been super duper busy today due to my heavy workload.

My stupid idiot neighbour, started to do hammering at 10.00pm. How to sleep? So noisy. I guess my parents would definitely be disturbed from their sleep. I still could hear them hammering clearly even I have already closed all my windows and door and with my air-con on. My parents sleep without air-con and their windows are widely open.

I really do not understand why they need to do hammering only at this time of night. Why can't they be more considerate?????? Why can't they do it in DAY TIME???????? Why they pick this odd hour?????? Thousands of WHYssssssssssssss in my brain now. They are shaking their legs during day time, no matter weekday or weekend. But they hammer and knock during weekend and weekday night.... I can't understand at all and I can't considerate at all. They oledi moved in for 2 weeeeeksssss now..

Made me got headache now. I'm very very angry.

This is not the first time and guess it won't be the last either. I called police just now but they told me I could only complain after 12am as the permitted time is until 12am. Oh my god.... I can't believe it.

TO MY STUPID FXXK NEIGHBOUR,
PLEASE STOP ALL THESE NON-SENSE NOISE IMMEDIATELY. DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS ALREADY LATE. EVERYONE NEED TO REST. PLEASE KNOCK DURING DAY TIME, NOT NIGHT TIME. IF YOU DARE, KNOCK AT 12AM SHARP, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL POLICE TO COME WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. THIS IS THE LAST WARNING. I'M SERIOUSLY OUT OF PATIENT.

Careless and Clumsy

J always say I'm careless and clumsy. I always do not have good reasons to deny as I'm really careless and clumsy. Haiii.... what to do? I'm born like this... No matter how careful I am, I am still careless.

Case 1: Camera
I have been searching high and low for my camera from everywhere and been asking everyone whether anyone has borrowed camera. It had been about 1 month it was out of my sight, till I concluded it must be stolen or I dropped it somewhere when I went to bank (coz my camera always in my handbag). I have already declared "total lost" for my camera. My sister told me that she would be giving me her camera as she would buy a new camera. I think this (the case I lost my camera) became a very good excuse to her to get a new camera.

I was clearing up my stuffs in my room yesterday. I was trying to find a piece of paper which I had noted down some Ikea furniture codes and particulars in a Fila handbag which I used in my KL trip with J. Guess what? My camera was lying "peacefully" in the captioned handbag. haha...

I told J that I found my camera. He gave me a lonnnggg HAIIIIII. Then, he asked why am I so careless. I asked him whether he still siak siak me even I'm so careless and clumsy. He said NO immediately. OMG... so heart-breaking... :=(

Case 2: Fallen Items
This morning, I was preparing my breakfast. Craving for bread and peanut butter. So, I was trying to take the bottle of peanut butter from cabinet. I guess I didn't grab it nicely and it just dropped on my left hand palm near to my thumb. It turned bruise and swollen now... sigh...

Guess J will scold me being careless again. :=(

Dear Lord, please protect me from any harm or hurt. Please help me to become stronger and more careful on all matters. Amen

Low Fat Yogurt

I thought my low fat apricot yogurt was failed. I tried it yesterday. It was very soury and the texture was just like water, not thick at all. So, I was like giving it up. I gave mum a spoonful and she just didn't like it as well. She told me to pack it and threw it away.

Just now my aunty gave a try on it. The texture was alright just like usual yogurt and of course it was still very soury as it is low fat, not the normal sweet type.

My brother just simply loved it. He had a big cup of it. Then, I gave a try again but I added some pamelo and dried fruits (which are sweet) into it. It's not as bad as yesterday and I could take it. I finish my three quarter cup of yogurt. Maybe becoz I have chilled it in the fridge. The one that I took yesterday was not properly chilled yet.

Anyway, my brother has taken the remaining half tub to my uncle's house and he will be helping me to finish it up. :P

Headache

Been so busy today at work. Planned to go for 1hr yoga at 11am. At the end, I stucked up at office with contractors. No choice.

Then, I left at 12pm. Not long after my aunty called me to go back for lunch. I only got back home around 2pm with a punctured tyre. When I was near to my house, I could feel something wrong with my car, got some unusual sound and did not moving smoothly. I was thinking to drive slowly back as I was already almosy home.

When I got down from the car, I was bit shocked to see the punctured tyre, almost totally flat. Dad quickly changed the tyre and went out to get it patched.

I was so upset with my yogurt. It did not set up well and turned out to be very watery. I tried Low Fat Apricot flavour. I do not like it at all. It's too sour that I couldn't bear with it and it doesn't have any apricot taste as well. :( mum suggested me just packed it and throw it away. I felt wasted as it is not cheap le for RM14.80 for only 1 litre. I quite love this yogurt esp because it is very easy to make and it's New Zealand product. So simple that I just need to mix the yogurt powder with plain drinking water in the jar and put the jar into the yogurt maker with hot water and leave it to set for at least 12 hours. Normally I would let it to set for about 15 or 16 hours. Then, I could have creamy and yummy homemade yogurt. I'm still thinking what should I do now with the tub of unbearable soury tasteless yogurt. Sigh....

Took an hr nap and woke up with bad headache. It has not subside yet. I don't like this feeling.

Had a yummy and nutrious dinner. Mum cooked my favourite wine chicken. I love wine chicken so much though I'm not in the right mood to savour this delicious wine chicken due to my severe headache.

I's reading some blogs and chatting with J. Wish J is here and hug me tight and warm. Just miss him and his hug and kisses so much. :(

Upset

I'm so upset this morning that I couldn't control myself crying.

J told me this morning that most likely he is going with his family to States in July. Though he kept on telling me not sure yet he may come again this year to celebrate our 3yr anniversary coz he almost finish up his holiday after his States holiday. I know myself that most likely he will not be coming to KK again this year.

I know I need to be understandable in this situation. Still I couldn't control myself being upset la. Hai.... Why am I so weak?

Dear Lord, please make me stronger. Please make me more understandable. Please help me. Amen.
